Please note that the usual registration fee for participation is 200 euro per team, which must be paid directly to the IOI Foundation. This will be collected in cash during the first translation night.
The IOI 2026 Host Organizing Committee covers local expenses for team leaders, deputy leaders, and contestants for the period from 9th to 16th of August, 2026. All other guests are required to pay the fixed guest fee via direct bank transfer.
The guest fee is 1500 euro per person. Please note that the guest fee must be paid directly to the host before the IOI. (Payment deadlines and additional details will be emailed to registered guests.)
The IOI 2026 Uzbekistan Host will provide the following services for participants while in Tashkent from 9th to 16th of August, 2026, exclusively in relation to participation in IOI 2026:
- accommodation services (accommodation for participants will be arranged in New Uzbekistan Hotel Village; the first guest night is 9th of August 2026, and the last guest night is 16th of August 2026);
- full catering (breakfast, lunch, and dinner; provided as part of the hotel service and at designated venues in connection with the official programme of IOI 2026);
- domestic transfer service (from 9th to 16th of August, 2026; between pre-arranged meeting points in Tashkent and the accommodation);
Meeting points for transfer service:
- arrival/departure airport is Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport;
- local transfer (between event locations, according to participation in the official programme);
- cultural and recreational programmes.
The Host is not responsible for any additional costs beyond the services listed above. The Host does not undertake to organise or cover any services for participants arriving or departing outside the period from 9th to 16th of August, 2026. Domestic transfer service is only available on the dates specified above and applies exclusively to services provided by the Host.
Please note that participants are responsible for their own medical insurance. Additionally, international travel costs to and from Uzbekistan are not covered by the Host.
